Job Description
Operating under the direction and supervision of the Director of Finance the Finance and Administration Assistant will:
- Provide support to Administration and Finance department staff
- Assists in the organization of finance files and materials
- Assists with the data entry into the Raisers Edge data base
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Word Excel Power Point and Outlook
- Be committed to the philosophy needs and rewards of working with Special Olympics
- Be enthusiastic and outgoing
- Have excellent organizational writing and communication skills
- Be experienced using Excel Word Publisher and PowerPoint
- Be able to work some nights and weekends if required
- 6-8 hours per week
- Office hours M-F between 9am and 5pm
- This is an off campus position and requires a reliable form of transportation to get to and from work
