Job Description

Litigation Associate Attorney $1455$155k Hartford CT (Hybrid)

Join a dynamic litigation team handling diverse matters in both state and federal courts. This role is perfect for an early-career attorney who thrives on challenging work wants to sharpen their advocacy skills and values a supportive collaborative environment.

Youll take on substantive responsibilities from day one working on complex cases while building your skills in legal analysis strategy and client service. An interest in employment law is welcome and clerkship experience is a plusbut not required.

What were looking for:

  • 13 years of litigation experience in a law firm setting

  • Admission to practice in Connecticut

  • Excellent academic credentials

  • Strong writing analytical and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team
