Key Responsibilities
- Support the businessincluding the global central team and each of the Audit Tax and Advisory functions as well as global delivery centersin documenting appropriate system of quality management controls including using the quality control evaluation workflow to address identified risks and objectives.
- Assist in the development and operation of system of quality management/quality control evaluation processes to:
- Monitor and communicate relevant global communications and information to the business tailoring as necessary and act as a central point of contact between the global system of quality management/quality control evaluation team and system of quality management/quality control evaluation stakeholders as necessary.
- Support the annual risk assessment process under system of quality management/quality control evaluation.
- Support the business with the design implementation and remediation of controls and preparation of system of quality management/quality control evaluation documentation ensuring consistent quality.
- Manage/support the annual system of quality management/quality control evaluation reporting process.
- Working with the relevant business functions oversee the maintenance and quality of system of quality management/quality control evaluation-related documentation.
- Manage the input of process and control documentation to quality control evaluation.
- Determine system of quality management/quality control evaluation training needs and audience.
- Identify potential process and control improvements and work with the business to design/implement these.
- Liaise with each owned and contracted global delivery center to agree on controls that need to be implemented off-shore and support/review control design.
- Contribute to practice and risk management.
- Support a range of other quality and risk management initiatives including for example the annual enterprise risk management assessment/tracking.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in external or internal audit or compliance (system of quality management/quality control evaluation processes a plus).
- Experience with non-financial controls and risk management.
- Global operating experience and relevant domain knowledge.
- Previous experience in a Business Services Shared Services (BSC/SSC) or Big 4 environment is preferred.
- Strong analytical critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; able to build relationships and trust with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to collaborate across global teams manage stakeholders and lead small teams.
- Executive presence adaptability and ability to thrive in fast-paced complex environments.
