The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
High School Diploma/Certificate from an accredited and renowned university; Bachelors Masters or MBA degree preferred.
35 years of sales experience preferably with an international hospitality company with a strong understanding of core hotel operations.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook Word PowerPoint) and fluent in English or the preferred local language (read write speak).
Commercially focused with strong communication interpersonal organizational and administrative skills; ability to handle pressure manage projects and time effectively interact with diverse groups and manage accounts efficiently.

About Jumeirah Muscat Bay:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for anExecutive Sales- Sales and Marketing to joinJumeirah Muscat Bay. The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:
Develop and implement account development plans to maximize short- and long-term revenue.
Coordinate sales efforts with off-property channels and work closely with the reporting manager to execute strategy and meet targets.
Manage and nurture relationships with key internal and external stakeholders as well as existing and potential customers.
Expand the customer base through community engagement market research and proactive sales activities.
Maintain accurate account profiles in Jumeirah Connect Salesforce and contribute monthly sales reports to the line manager.
Prepare and implement measures to achieve or exceed team and individual sales targets providing regular forecasts to the reporting manager.
