Your Job
What this role looks like.
- Defining and preparing relevant KPIs and reports for various stakeholders in order to measure and visualise the development of our app features in all countries
- Analysing and monitoring KPIs to identify potential determine the need for action and develop solutions considering aspects such as feasibility efficiency and customer benefit
- Helping the Product Owner to achieve overarching goals as well as to refine and implement use cases
- Designing and implementing ad-hoc analyses and working closely with the International Data & Analytics teams to set up A/B tests in order to continuously optimise features and campaigns
- Coordinating and working actively with international and interdisciplinary teams
Your Profile
What you bring with you.
- Bachelors or masters degree in economics or a related field
- Experience making decisions in a complex agile corporate culture and recording structuring analysing and visualising KPIs
- Sound knowledge of Tableau and Excel to efficiently analyse data and generate meaningful insights
- Experience in setting up A/B tests and in the targeted application of analysis methods to continuously optimise apps and campaigns
- Expertise in project and process management in an international environment
- Very good presentation and communication skills
- High level of empathy
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluent English language skills (C level)
