Job Description
Kerman Contracting is seeking a proactive HR Recruiter to join our Head Office team in a newly created position. This role is pivotal in supporting our recruitment and mobilisation processes across diverse projects ensuring smooth onboarding and workforce readiness.

Your Roles Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment administration including advertising shortlisting interview scheduling phone screening and candidate communication
- Liaise with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and timelines
- Manage mobilisation logistics including travel accommodation medicals and compliance documentation
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment and mobilisation activities using internal systems
- Ensure all onboarding documentation is completed and filed in accordance with company procedures
- Assist with the preparation of employment contracts and onboarding packs
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding documentation from candidates
- Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment and mobilisation processes
About You:
- Previous experience in recruitment and mobilisation
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment
