Job Description
Schedule:Wednesday Thursday Friday and every other Saturday7PM - 7AM
Pay Rate: $25-$27/hr. DOE
Location:Chandler AZ
The principal duties and responsibilities will be:
- Safety observations with active correction
- Document findings and working with theteam to resolve
- Document and turn in observation sheets to the teamLead
- Giving facility tours to new employees focusing on exit locations safety showers/ eyewash stations etc.
- Mapping out locations for future tools
- Adhere to strict facility standard operating procedures with a focus on safety quality and effective team communication.
- Work in a semiconductor cleanroom environment while wearing a cleanroom suit or other PPE
- OSHA 30 required
- Experience working in a safety role
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Experience working in an equipment installation or preventative maintenancerole
- Ability to read documents and understand safety equipment
- Understanding of EH&S principles & processes
- Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate as a team to get work done and advance work practices for effectiveness and efficiency.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and demonstrate initiative
- High School Diploma / GED
- Ability to successfully pass a drug screen andbackground check
- Management Skillset
- Experience working in a semiconductor fab/sub fab
- Safety Training / Certifications
May be required to walk up to 5miles per day able to be on feet for 8-10 hours at a time ability to bend twist push/pull crouch kneel in confined spaces work at heights on a ladder and lift up to 50 pounds. The physical demands described above are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
