New Relic is looking for an experienced and strategicHR professional that enjoys working in a fast paced environment with a high performing Global HR Business Partner team. We are looking for a trusted advisor and a strategic thinker who naturally excels at building strong relationships. We are looking for someone that enjoys working through complex problems and challenges with positivity strong influence and negotiation skills. This HRBP should demonstrate passion in working with the business functions as well as collaboratively partnering with the global HRBP team People Team COEs and other critical cross functional partners including Finance Legal and others etc to drive an innovative and growth mindset culture.
This is a global Sr. HR Business Partner role and you will partner with Leaders in the Go To Market organisation in APJ. The role will provide strategic partnership and effective support in a manner that is consistent with local laws and best practices. You will be instrumental in driving HR strategies and initiatives that align with critical business priorities and enhance business performance

The pay range below represents a reasonable estimate of the salary for the listed position. This role is eligible for a corporate bonus plan. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related factors such as an applicants skills qualifications and experience.

Estimated Base Pay Range
$144000 - $180000 AUD
