Job Overview

Join the HR Technology team as a Senior Workday Analyst (HCM & Talent) to be a subject matter expert and key contributor in Workday HCM configuration and support. Facilitate smooth HR processes by maintaining Workday modules including Core HCM Talent Recruiting and Absence as backup. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure systems support talent development and HR operations at scale.

Key Responsibilities

Configure and maintain Workday Core HCM Talent and Recruiting modules
Provide backup support for the Workday Absence module
Troubleshoot test and resolve Workday system issues ensuring data integrity and customer satisfaction
Collaborate with HR Tech HR Business Resources and Talent Acquisition teams to meet business system needs
Monitor help desk tickets perform root cause analysis and optimize Workday processes
Stay current on Workday releases and recommend system enhancements
Generate and analyze HR reports to aid strategic decision-making

Required Qualifications

5 years overall HRIS experience with a minimum of 3 years Workday-focused configuration
Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices
Proficiency in Workday reporting and data analysis
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in global environments
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Human Resources or related field preferred
Strong collaboration skills to fit in a small distributed team
