Job Description
We are looking for an experiencedIT Support Team Leadto oversee the day-to-day operations of our IT department. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hardware software and networking systems and developing and implementing IT strategies to support the organizations goals.
Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on IT technical support to employees resolving day-to-day hardware software and networking issues (this will take up about 70-80% of the role).
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to improve efficiency and ensure security.
- Manage and maintain hardware and software systems including workstations laptops and mobile devices.
- Monitor and maintain network performance and security including firewalls and antivirus software.
- Ensure timely response to support requests and deliver excellent customer service to internal stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware software and networking issues.
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers.
- Evaluate and recommend new technology solutions to improve organizational efficiency and security.
- Manage IT assets including inventory and budget.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that technology systems support the organizations goals.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and software updates.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
- 3 years of experience in IT Management.
- Strong technical knowledge of hardware software and networking systems.
- Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent English proficiency: Required for communication across our international locations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proven experience providing hands-on IT support to end users including troubleshooting hardware software and network issues.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
