Were a tech consulting boutique based in Lisbon helping regulated and high-impact companies with IT solutions.
To keep our growth sustainable were hiring a Finance Department Lead (Certified Accountant - TOC) to own and scale our financial operations.
What youll do
Lead and coordinate the finance & accounting department.
Manage accounting fiscal compliance and treasury.
Ensure payroll processing and HR-related financial operations.
Prepare financial reports budgets and support decision-making with the leadership team.
Implement and improve processes for efficiency and compliance.
You have
Active registration as TOC / Certified Accountant.
5 years of experience in finance leadership roles.
Strong knowledge of accounting tax and payroll.
Ability to lead organize and deliver with precision.
Great communication skills and team spirit.
