Customer Outreach Drive to apartment communities hotels and commercial sites; introduce our services and schedule onsite demonstrations.
Relationship Building Learn each customers challenges answer questions and become their goto contact for surface repairs.
Customer Education Explain the costsavings and sustainability benefits of repairing versus replacing damaged surfaces.
Playbook Execution Follow our stepbystep contact cadence document activities in the CRM and hit weekly outreach goals with consistency.
Account Care Check in after repairs gather feedback and encourage repeat work orders and referrals.
Team Collaboration Coordinate with technicians on job scheduling and share field insights with the franchise owner and senior rep.
