Job Description:
Sunlight Senior Care is looking for a compassionate experienced caregiver to take on a leadership role as Team this dynamic position youll support new caregivers through onboarding and hands-on training while continuing to care for clients directly. If youre a natural mentor with a passion for senior care we want to hear from you!

What Youll Do:

  • Provide 2035 hours/week of in-home care to clients

  • Lead new caregiver orientations and hands-on training

  • Support caregivers during their first 3090 days on the job

  • Serve as a role model and point of contact for field staff

  • Collaborate with the office team to support operations (up to 10 office hours/week)

  • Participate in on-call rotation and help cover open shifts as needed

  • Maintain compliance with all company training and care standards

  • Attend team meetings and communicate caregiver training plans

Qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience as a CNA (CNA license preferred but not required)

  • At least 3 years of caregiving or leadership experience

  • Strong communication problem-solving and mentoring skills

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Familiarity with in-home care practices and scheduling

  • Ability to work independently

  • Reliable vehicle valid drivers license and insurance

  • Physically able to assist clients and meet job demands

  • Must be able to pass a thorough background check
  • Must be at least 19 years of age
