The Business

Explore an opportunity. As a HEW Intern you will consult with employers on a wide variety of complex health equity and wellbeing projects involving wellbeing strategy DEI strategy and assessment clinical condition management and vendor evaluations. You will collaborate with colleagues to analyze data and create client deliverables drafts for review by senior colleagues.
Love your work. You will partner with consultants to provide support on projects through:
- Performing health wellbeing and DEI strategies
- Analyzing and comparing vendor products services and contracts
- Designing distributing and evaluating responses to surveys and RFPs
Qualifications
Role Requirements
- Completion of the Health Equity and Wellbeing (HEW) Summer 2025 Internship at WTW
- Progress towards a Bachelors or Masters degree in mathematics statistics finance public health health management actuarial science or any other major with significant quantitative course work with a minimum overall GPA of 3.0
- Work experience that demonstrates strong technical and/or client service skills (analyst type of internship preferred)
- Passion for solving problems and sharing solutions to exceed the standards of the client
- Ability to be a self-starter and work independently but also cooperatively in a close team environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills particularly in Excel
- Able to work legally in the United States indefinitely and without Visa sponsorship
- This is a hybrid position that requires you to be local to the WTW office in Chicago IL
