Role: Account Manager (Bilingual English/French Speaking)
Location: Montreal QC Canada

WHAT YOULL BE DOING

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • People Management
    • The day to day management and development of direct reports Account Executives and Account Coordinators
    • Acting as an escalation point with team challenges
  • Client Servicing & Relationships
    • Owning and overseeing the post-sales process ensuring world-class servicing and output at every stage of the client lifecycle
    • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key client stakeholders
    • Acting as an escalation point for troubleshooting client requests
  • Campaign & Insight Management
    • Ensuring operational excellence across each stage of the campaign lifecycle including insight reports.
    • Working closely with your teams and the Traders to set campaigns up for success
    • Leading troubleshooting requirements and alleviating the trading and product teams from technical troubleshooting where possible.
    • Identifying and securing upweight and resell opportunities through strategic thinking and strong client relationships and understanding of their business challenges and needs
  • Thought Leadership
    • Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders clients and the team; sought out as a sounding board.
    • Honestly and proactively challenge internal/external stakeholders ideas
    • Gain deep knowledge of what the challenges are for each of our clients are
  • Innovation
    • Consistently suggest novel approaches for all types of challenges; at the same drive a culture of innovation amongst team members
    • Proactively seek to pilot validate and improve new ideas or methods and is willing to take calculated risks
    • Share new ways of working with sales and trading to drive performance

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in the programmatic media and/or ad tech space.
  • At least 2 years client facing experienceWorking in a team environment
  • Client Services / Account Management / Sales Support / Ad-Ops background advantageous but not required
  • Experience with basic functions of Microsoft Excel or similar
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workloads
  • High attention to detail with a commitment to quality and accountability
  • Ability to multi-task prioritize and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to problem-solve work independently and identify potential risks
  • Eager to learn new systems technologies and advertising techniques
  • Flexible and adaptable as a team player with strong communication skills
  • A can-do attitude to provide energy drive and enthusiasm

Le(la) gestionnaire de comptes est un(e) professionnel(le) des mdias travailleur(se) analytique et motiv(e) par la russite de ses clients.

CE QUE VOUS FEREZ

Gestion des personnes

  • Grer et soutenir au quotidien les charg(e)s de comptes et coordonnateurs(trices) de comptes.

  • Dfinir clairement les attentes lies aux rles et responsabilits des Account Coordinator et Account Executive.

  • Assurer le dveloppement de carrire de chaque subordonn(e) direct(e) et identifier les occasions de croissance afin de combler les carts dans le cadre de progression.

Service et relations clients

  • Travailler en troite collaboration avec le responsable commercial sur les rponses aux appels doffres et lapproche stratgique.

  • Prendre en charge et superviser le processus aprs-vente en veillant offrir un service et des rsultats de calibre mondial chaque tape du cycle de vie client.

  • tre responsable des relations et communications externes avec les clients.

  • tablir et maintenir de solides relations avec les parties prenantes cls tant linterne qu lexterne.

  • Mettre en place des mcanismes de contrle pour assurer lexcution fluide des campagnes et agir comme point de contact pour la rsolution des demandes clients.

Gestion des campagnes et des analyses

  • Superviser chaque tape du cycle de vie des campagnes avec un accent sur la planification analytique et la cration de valeur pour les clients grce aux analyses.

  • Collaborer avec les diffrentes fonctions internes afin de fournir lquipe les ressources et informations ncessaires la russite des campagnes.

  • Crer un cadre interne de rsolution de problmes et assurer la communication vers les quipes de trading et de produit en cas de besoins techniques.

  • tablir de solides relations avec les clients comprendre leurs besoins et dfis et travailler avec lquipe de trading pour identifier des occasions doptimisation budgtaire.

VOS QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 2 3 ans dexprience dans le domaine des mdias programmatiques et/ou de la technologie publicitaire.

  • Minimum 2 ans dexprience en contact direct avec la clientle dans un environnement dquipe.

  • Exprience en service client gestion de comptes soutien aux ventes ou oprations publicitaires (atout).

  • Matrise des fonctions de base de Microsoft Excel ou quivalent.

  • La matrise de langlais est requise afin de communiquer efficacement avec les clients et collgues situs lextrieur du Qubec

  • Capacit respecter des dlais serrs et prioriser la charge de travail.
