The Opportunity
Were looking for a Mid-Market Account Executive (AE) to join our record-breaking revenue team and help scale our next stage of growth. We are passionate about profitable-efficient-growth and have determined it is the right time to expand our team! Youll have amazing Product-Market-Fit and a fantastic team to support you. Youll be responsible for driving new business pipeline and revenue from organizations typically betweenemployees across a variety of verticals. This is an opportunity to join a category-defining SaaS company in the Microsoft ecosystem where youll own the full sales cycle from discovery to close supported by numerous GTM resources. We are also exclusively part of Microsoft for Startups Pegasus Program.
What Youll Do
Manage the entire sales cycle from lead to close.
Develop new business revenue through inbound and outbound opportunities.
Deliver engaging product demos and value-based presentations focused on ROI and business impact.
Collaborate with marketing pipe-gen resources and product teams to refine messaging outbound campaigns and industry/persona-specific positioning.
Maintain accurate pipeline hygiene forecasting and reporting within HubSpot CRM.
Work cross-functionally with Customer Success and Product to ensure seamless onboarding and customer expansion.
Achieve and exceed monthly quarterly and annual revenue targets.
What Were Looking For
36 years of SaaS sales experience ideally in a Mid-Market AE role with ACVs between $25K$75K.
Huge plus if you have a track record of sourcing your own pipeline
Proven track record of quota attainment (100% achievement).
Experience selling into IT Information Security or Digital Workplace personas.
Familiarity with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams SharePoint Governance or Automation tools) is a strong plus.
Excellent communicator and storyteller who can distill technical concepts into business outcomes.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced scaling startup environment with evolving processes.
Self-starter with strong discovery negotiation and closing skills.
