What youll do

GTM Planning & Strategy Execution

    • Support the development of detailed go-to-market (GTM) plans for assigned segments aligning with the global GTM strategy.
    • Develop and evolve insights based on analytical assets for sales leaders managers and associates to drive business performance.
    • Assist in creating and tracking quarterly business priorities in collaboration with Revenue Leadership.
    • Help coordinate the rollout of short-term programs tied to GTM objectives and priorities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

    • Work closely with Sales Operations Business Partners Systems Enablement and Compensation to support operational initiatives.

    • Participate in translating business needs into documentation used by cross-functional teams to align systems processes and enablement resources.
    • Help implement and maintain policies related to territory management mobility and credit.

Performance Monitoring & Analysis

    • Contribute to the design and tracking of key business performance metrics and dashboards.
    • Conduct recurring and ad hoc analyses to surface insights into sales trends capacity productivity and GTM effectiveness.
    • Support planning cycles by providing data inputs for annual and semi-annual headcount territory and performance planning.

Execution Support & Process Management

    • Assist in the execution of role transitions to ensure all systems permissions and onboarding processes are in place for new hires or role changes.
      Help monitor sales capacity and support routines that ensure optimal coverage levels are maintained.
    • Support ongoing projects aimed at improving business performance and operational efficiency.

What youll bring

As an Associate Business Operations Analyst you will support business planning performance management and process optimization for our GTM functions. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is analytical highly collaborative and eager to learn the ins and outs of sales operations performance analytics and cross-functional program management.

The minimum qualifications for this role include:

  • 12 years of internship or entry-level experience in business operations sales operations strategy or a similar analytical function.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large data sets and derive actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with business intelligence tools (e.g. Looker Tableau) Salesforce Excel/Google Sheets.

Preferred qualifications for this role include:

  • Experience supporting sales teams or GTM organizations.
  • Exposure to incentive programs capacity modeling or CRM systems.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.

How youll grow

Within 1 month youll plant your roots including:

  • Experience Sprouts in-depth onboarding covering everything from our company mission and values hearing directly from executives and founders to deep training on our products and the value that Sprout delivers to our customers
  • Make a plan with your manager to set initial priorities align on expectations for your role plant goalposts for your career and learn about Sprouts approach to Sales Operations.
  • Learn the current state of our performance metrics processes reporting and documentation.
  • Create strong relationships with the leaders and managers in the business area you support as well as cross-functional partners.

Within 3 months youll start hitting your stride by:

  • Inform processes policies and procedures for the department you support backing recommendations with data
  • Deliver key insights and business recommendations based on new and interesting ways to analyze and visualize the data to help inform future decisions and strategies.
  • Have your first performance conversation with your manager where youll discuss your accomplishments in your role and work together to build goals for your professional growth

Within 6 months youll be making a clear impact through:

  • Find ways to automate simplify and evolve performance measurement in ways that allow the business to grow and scale effectively.
  • Lead special projects that span departments ensuring all stakeholders are engaged and moving in the same direction.
  • Prepare executive presentations and reports for leadership and executive meetings providing transparency and ensuring clear messaging on key outcomes.

Within 12 months youll make this role your own by:

  • Collaborate on developing the Global Commercial Go-To-Market strategy
  • Lead territory carving for the Business Operations Organization
  • Work cross-functionally with teams in Marketing Business Development Product and Customer Success to align the Sales organizations goals with broader business objectives.

Sprout maintains a remote workforce in many places in the United States. Individual base pay is based on various factors including work location relevant experience and skills the responsibility of the role and job duties/ the United States we have two geographic pay zones. For this role our current base pay ranges for new hires are:

  • Zone 1 (New York California Washington): $66000.00 (min) $82500.00 (mid) $99000.00 (max) USD annually
  • Zone 2 (All other US states): $60000.00 (min) $75000.00 (mid) $90000.00 (max) USD annually

The listed ranges represent the full earning potential in this position. Starting salaries for well-qualified new hires are typically around the midpoint of the range. These ranges were determined by a market-based compensation approach; we used data from trusted third-party compensation sources to set equitable consistent and competitive ranges. We also evaluate compensation bi-annually identify any changes in the market and make adjustments to our ranges and existing employee compensation as needed.

Base pay is only one element of an employees total compensation at Sprout. Every Sprout team member has an opportunity to receive restricted stock units (RSUs) under Sprouts equity plan. Employees (and their dependents) are covered by medical dental vision basic life accidental death and dismemberment insurance and Modern Health (a wellness benefit). Employees are able to enroll in Sprouts companys 401k plan in which Sprout will match 50% of your contributions up to 6% with a maximum contribution. Sprout offers Flexible Paid Time Off and ten paid holidays.
