Role Overview
As a Business Manager you partner with the General Manager and combine sales customer service leadership and marketing knowledge to lease apartment homes lead a leasing team and enhance and drive the resident experience via all site associates.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in business accounting finance or related field. or equivalent experience required. Equivalent years of experience are defined as one year of professional experience for each year of college requested
- 2 years experience as community manager on institutional multi-family assets preferred
- Experience in the multifamily industry preferred
- Previous Sales Management experience
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- High level of organizational skills time management expertise and attention to detail
