Tasks
- Input and update company data accurately into the database systems.
- Verify and correct data discrepancies to ensure high levels of data integrity.
- Organize and manage electronic files ensuring easy retrieval and reference.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline data entry processes and improve efficiency.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all sensitive information handled during data entry tasks.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel and Word.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Previous experience in a data entry role is preferred but not required.
