What Were Looking For
Were looking for a freelance tech recruiter with proven experience hiring top-tier US/EU engineers product leaders and CTOs from elite backgrounds.
This role is fully async work whenever you want from wherever you are.
We offer a success-based fee per hire: typically between $1000 and $5000 USD per placement. After six months in case of a successful collaboration there is the possibility to transition into a full-time salaried role.
Tasks
- Source and screen high-caliber tech candidates
- Present qualified profiles to our internal team
- Manage candidate pipeline end-to-end
Requirements
- Proven track record placing US/EU based top performers
- Experience sourcing for roles like Backend/Full-stack Engineers Product Managers Engineering Leads
- Excellent sourcing/outreach skills (Boolean LinkedIn GitHub etc.)
- Strong written communication in English
