Detailed Job Description: The Justice Center for the Protection of People with Special Needs is a New York State agency which was created in June 2013 by the Protection of People with Special Needs Act. The Justice Center provides oversight for facilities across the state responsible for the care of individuals with special needs. The Vulnerable Persons Central Registry (VPCR) is a case management system which was developed for the Justice Center using Siebel CRM technology to track intake of incidents and allegations of abuse and neglect as well as the investigations prosecution adjudication and oversight and monitoring resulting from these incidents. The Justice Center is responsible for identifying business requirements for all VPCR enhancements.Full-time
