Employment Type: Full-Time Permanent
Salary Range: $80000 $120000 annually
USC or GC
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager who can lead projects from pre-construction through closeout. The ideal candidate will have strong client-facing skills hands-on knowledge of construction processes and the ability to manage cost scope quality and safety effectively.
- 5 10 years experience in commercial construction project management
- Experience managing mid-to-large scale construction projects
- Proficiency with contracts budgets schedules and safety compliance
- Strong leadership problem-solving and communication skills
- Bachelors in Construction Management or related field
- Experience with Sage 300 Microsoft Project Bluebeam
- Previous work with a General Contractor
