Job Description

Job Title: Workday HCM Training Specialist (Talent Acquisition & Performance Management)

Location: Atlanta GA(Hybrid -LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver engaging training sessions (in-person virtual and online) on (Workday) and related talent acquisition and performance management processes.
  • Provide resources and best practices to agency recruiters for talent pool optimization internship program creation interviewing and hiring.
  • Research and apply best practices for Workday-related training to enhance program effectiveness.
  • Analyze data and create visual and narrative reports and presentations.
  • Maintain and update training course materials exercises handouts and assessments to reflect policy/process/system changes and student feedback.
  • Conduct instructor-led training sessions using systems training environments and interactive learning tools.
  • Assist in maintaining HRAs Learning Management System (LMS) including enrollment management and course administration.
  • Respond promptly to training-related requests from various stakeholders.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience delivering training in multiple formats: in-person virtual multimedia and online platforms.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for diverse audiences.
  • Strong organizational and program management abilities; able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint) and SharePoint.
  • Aptitude for learning and leveraging technology in training design and data analysis.
  • High school diploma/GED and 3 years of job-related human resources experience
    OR
    1 year at the lower-level HR Spec 2 (HRP021) or equivalent role.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Hands-on experience using Workday Core HCM Compensation or Talent Optimization modules as an HR administrator or trainer.
  • HRIS systems training experience.
