In-depth understanding of learning and development strategies including needs analysis curriculum development training delivery and evaluation
Proven experience managing large-scale training programs and initiatives
Strong leadership and team management skills

Lead the Learning & Development function for the organization ensuring training programs align with business goals and employee growth
Design and implement end-to-end training strategies for both new hires and existing employees
Collaborate with business leaders and department heads to identify skills gaps and development needs
Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness using data-driven insights
Oversee the performance and development of training teams including trainers facilitators and coordinators
Drive the adoption of innovative learning methods and technologies to enhance employee engagement and performance
Ensure compliance with organizational and industry training standards and policies
Educational Background:
Bachelors/College Degree in Human Resource Management Psychology or a related field
Experience:
Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in HR Learning & Development
At least 5 7 years of experience as an HR Manager focusing on Training & Development in a BPO environment
