Red Ember Recruitment is seeking to hire a Service Administrator based in Pinelands Cape Town to join their team.
- Being responsible for managing the ordering and tracking of parts for both warranty and non-warranty repairs ensuring all parts are correctly booked into systems like Hansa or Fixable.
- Liaise with suppliers follow up on outstanding parts and client payments and handle administration related to board-level repairs and loan devices.
- The role includes sending service quotes communicating with clients about collections and deliveries managing the daily service driver schedule (via D-Trak) and handling support tickets through Freshdesk.
- Overseeing stock control by conducting regular stock takes returning faulty parts for credit and preparing for annual audits.
- Additional duties include assisting at the front counter helping with the booking in of client devices updating job progress and supporting trade-in device processes.
Requirements

- Good numeracy skills able to count and perform simple calculations (e.g. add subtract multiply and divide) accurately and efficiently.
