Key Responsibilities:
Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing and expanding the customer base.
Design and implement a strategic sales plan to strengthen market presence in the aluminium window sector.
Promote products to hardware retailers fabricators and construction companies in the Gauteng region.
Identify new business opportunities and engage potential customers to increase sales.
Oversee local and regional sales activities promotions and campaigns.
Prepare and manage sales budgets forecasts and monthly reports.
Track and analyse sales performance using key metrics.
Develop and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
Handle and resolve customer concerns related to products or services.
Identify emerging market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
Define and execute territory sales plans to maximise growth potential.
Provide regular progress reports to senior management.
Skills & Competencies:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
Willingness to travel for business purposes.
Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated results-driven and highly organised.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
Proven sales experience in the aluminium window/door or building materials industry (Highly advantageous).
Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
In-depth understanding of the construction supply chain and hardware retail market.
