We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrator to support our team in managing daily operations maintaining efficient office workflows and providing excellent administrative assistance. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office files records and documentation
- Answer and direct phone calls emails and other correspondence
- Schedule and coordinate meetings appointments and events
- Prepare reports memos and other documentation as needed
- Assist with payroll invoicing and budgeting tasks
- Support onboarding and training of new staff members
- Maintain office supplies and equipment
- Liaise with vendors clients and other stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Provide administrative support to various departments as required
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Administrator Executive Assistant or similar role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) and office management software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
Average Salary:
The average monthly salary for an Administrator in South Africa is approximately R15000 to R23000 depending on experience industry and location.
