Job Description

Role Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to fulfill sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prime vendors and Tier 1 clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.
  • Prepare and conduct presentations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met.
  • Track sales metrics and report on performance regularly.
  • Attend industry events and networking conferences to promote the company.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve client issues promptly.
  • Create strategic proposals aligned with client objectives.
  • Monitor competitor activity and provide feedback on market trends.
  • Assist in the development of marketing strategies to enhance lead generation.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team for lead nurturing and conversion strategies.
  • Conduct follow-ups and maintain accurate records of client interactions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with market research and analysis.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Understanding of contract negotiations and deal closure processes.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and networking events.
  • Exceptional presentation skills and ability to engage an audience.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Positive attitude and resilience under pressure.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
