Job Title: Bodyshop Workshop Controller
Location: Croydon
Salary: Up to 40000 base salary per annum subject to experience bonus

The Role
As Workshop Controller you will play a vital role in the smooth efficient operation of the
workshop. You will coordinate workloads ensure repair quality and lead a team of
technicians to deliver safe accurate and timely repairs every time.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and allocate daily workloads across the workshop team
Monitor team productivity quality of work and repair timelines
Liaise with Vehicle Damage Assessors (VDAs) parts and front-of-house to ensure
seamless workflow
Motivate and lead technicians supporting performance training and
development
Ensure all work meets safety regulations and industry quality standards

Experience Required
Proven experience as a Workshop Controller or Senior Technician
Strong leadership organisational and communication skills
High attention to detail and a commitment to repair quality
Sound understanding of accident repair processes and workshop operations
Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment
