ePeople is recruiting on behalf of a leading and progressive financial advisory and wealth management firm for an experienced Financial Advisor to join their expanding team. This is a hybrid role offering the flexibility to work from home while attending occasional in-person client meetings and team sessions at the London headquarters.
The successful candidate will be passionate about delivering tailored financial planning building long-term client relationships and providing expert advice across pensions investments tax planning and protection solutions.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with private clients high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and business owners.
- Understand clients personal and financial goals to deliver tailored advice.
Financial Planning & Advice
- Provide regulated financial advice across pensions investments protection retirement planning and estate planning.
- Prepare and present bespoke financial plans ensuring all advice is compliant with FCA regulations.
Business Development
- Identify opportunities to grow your client portfolio through referrals networking and relationship management.
- Proactively seek new business while maintaining exceptional service levels to existing clients.
- Collaboration
- Work closely with paraplanners administrators and compliance to ensure smooth case management.
- Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions.
- Compliance & Reporting
- Keep accurate records of client interactions and recommendations.
- Stay up to date with market changes legislation and industry trends.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 3 years experience as a Financial Advisor within a financial planning wealth management or IFA environment.
- Qualifications: Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (DipPFS) or equivalent is essential; Chartered status or working towards is desirable.
- Strong technical knowledge across pensions investments tax and protection.
- Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive approach to business development.
- High level of attention to detail and commitment to client care.
- Technology: Proficient in Microsoft Office and financial planning tools such as Voyant Truth or Intelligent Office.

Key Skills & Experience Required Minimum of 3 years experience as a Paraplanner within a financial advisory or wealth management setting. Qualified to Diploma in Financial Planning (DipPFS) or equivalent (or working towards). Strong technical knowledge of pensions, investments, and protection products. Proficient in financial planning software (e.g., Voyant, Truth, Intelligent Office) and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication skills, high attention to detail, and strong organisational ability.
