3 months contract with local authority
We are seeking a Housing Charge Officer to join our Property & Real Estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing housing charges and ensuring timely collection of income related to property rentals. The Housing Charge Officer will play a crucial role in maintaining financial stability within the housing sector and will be responsible for overseeing the collection process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee housing charges for property rentals
- Ensure timely collection of income related to property rentals
- Monitor and track housing charge payments
