Job Description
Are you a dynamic and detail-oriented finance professional ready to take the reins in a fast-paced growing manufacturing environment
The company is a rapidly expanding manufacturer known for innovation quality and operational excellence. As they scale theyre in search for a financial leader who can bring structure insight and strategic direction to our financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all financial operations including budgeting forecasting reporting and compliance.
- Develop and implement robust financial controls and processes.
- Lead month-end and year-end close processes.
- Manage cash flow working capital and cost control initiatives.
- Partner with senior leadership to support strategic decision-making.
- Liaise with external auditors tax advisors and financial institutions.
- Mentor and develop a small finance team.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Financial Controller or similar role in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
- Strong understanding of cost accounting inventory management and ERP systems.
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified (or equivalent).
- Excellent analytical leadership and communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a hands-on capacity with a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude.

Salary of 60000 - 75000 plus benefits package.
Proven experience as a Financial Controller or similar role in manufacturing or industrial sectors. Strong understanding of cost accounting, inventory management, and ERP systems. ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified (or equivalent). Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills. Comfortable working in a hands-on capacity with a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude.
