Job Description
A Lead Cook transforms high-quality unique ingredients into dishes utilizing hotel recipes and standards through preparing cooking and plating. As a Lead Cook you uphold culinary standards of excellence and are comfortable working on multiple stations in the kitchen. You have a strong desire to learn and build your culinary skillset.
Qualifications :
- 2 years of culinary experience in a luxury setting preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Degree from a culinary arts training program preferred
