ARB Interactive is looking for a Creative Marketing Producer to lead our growing creative team and shape how our brand is experienced across all channels. This role combines hands-on creative direction with strong team leadership and cross-functional collaboration to deliver high-impact campaigns for one of the fastest-growing gaming brands in North America.
What Youll Do
Lead and Inspire Direct a team of designers and video editors from concept through delivery.
Creative Direction Establish and maintain a cohesive visual and messaging strategy across marketing social and paid campaigns.
Campaign Development Devise fresh creative concepts core messaging and brand storytelling that align with business goals.
Workflow & Process Manage creative workflow from brief to delivery ensuring projects are on time and on brand.
Cross-Functional Collaboration Work with marketing product and external partners to translate business needs into creative solutions.
Brand Stewardship Evolve and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all materials and touchpoints.
Mentorship Provide regular feedback coaching and professional development for the creative team.
What Youll Bring
3 years of creative leadership experience in an in-house marketing or agency environment. Background in gaming/entertainment marketing is preferred.
Strong understanding of creative principles design best practices and brand storytelling with the ability to speak the language of designers and video editors.
Proven track record of managing and inspiring creative teams providing constructive feedback and guiding projects from concept to completion.
A natural leader with the skills and confidence to motivate mentor and develop creative talent.
Keen creative eye with the ability to evaluate work for brand alignment quality and impact.
Strong proficiency with project management tools like to manage creative pipelines timelines and priorities across multiple stakeholders.
Experience collaborating in fast-paced deadline-driven environments with multiple priorities.
Excellent organizational and communication skills to translate creative concepts into clear direction for the designers.
