Job Description
The job profile for this position isSoftware Engineering Senior Advisorwhich is a Band 4 Contributor Career Track Role with MD Live Inc.
Responsibilities-
Develop software project solutions on the server or client side.
Write new features with high quality tests.
Review legacy code and refactor it as necessary.
Conduct regular code reviews to improve code quality design and tests.
Complete application development by coordinating requirements schedules and activities.
Troubleshoot development and production problems across multiple environments and operating platforms.
Develop documentation and assistance tools to support users.
Research new technologies and software products.
Virtual/Work from home benefit (hybrid schedule) available.
Qualifications-
Bachelors or foreign equivalent degree in computers or engineering plus three years of experience in software engineering.
Must have experience with: Ruby; Ruby on Rails; Relational databases and SQL; JavaScript HTML and CSS; React NodeJS GraphQL; Building large-scale infrastructure applications; Designing data-intensive applications; Deployment and configuration of server-side applications.
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
