Contract Type: Fixed-Term 1 Year

What You ll Do:

  • The Band 1 Desktop Technician will provide day-to-day local and remote desktop support troubleshooting hardware and software issues and documenting resolutions in a ticketing system.
  • Customer Interaction: The technician will facilitate customer resolutions and engage with supervisors and managers to ensure operational consistency across all shifts within the IT Support Center.
  • Technical Responsibilities: Responsibilities include installing upgrading and troubleshooting various operating systems (Windows and MAC) and applications as well as providing support for printers and other hardware.
  • Preventative Maintenance: The role involves performing general preventative maintenance tasks on computers laptops and printers along with remedial repairs on authorized peripheral equipment.


Requirements

What you need:
  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field.
  • CompTIA A Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) or better.
  • Minimum of 18 months years of IT experience.
  • Mobile device management including IOS and Android devices Enterprise encryption solutions Windows PC/laptop management via Active Directory.
  • Proven ability to multi-task effectively determine priorities and meet SLA s.
  • Adaptable and flexible in a fast-changing industry and work environment.
  • Willing to work off-hours and weekends when required for projects or emergency support.
  • Language & Communication: Fluent in both spoken and written Thai and English.
