Job Description
- Designs develops configures and customizes (when necessary) ServiceNow applications and services.
- Delivers new functionality across applications.
- Implements Security Incident Response
- Implements ServiceNow GRC module and Business Continuity Module
- Administration configuration and customization of existing ServiceNow modules.
- Adapting existing ServiceNow modules and business flows to changing customers business needs.
- Developing integrations.
- Writing documentation and procedures/ documenting the source code with comments and writing technical documentation.
Qualifications :
- 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development with a strong track record in designing and implementing solutions.
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow implementation with a focus on Security Incident Response and SecOps.
- Is ServiceNow Certified Security Incident Response Implementation Specialist.
- Expertise in ServiceNow Discovery ITOM Service Mapping & Security Module.
- Strong understanding of relational databases
- Familiar with Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) and web services integration including SOAP/WSDL and REST.
- Experience with LDAP Microsoft Active Directory and ADFS for authentication and access management.
- Skilled in integrating enterprise software systems
- Proficiency in JavaScript HTML and CSS is a plus.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
- ITIL Foundation Certification.
