Job Description
- Collaborate with clients to define and prioritize their business needs aligning them with efficient and feasible technical solutions;
- Plan and manage projects including scheduling resource allocation scope risks changes and progress reporting;
- Manage and prioritize the backlog leading functional analysis and collaborating with delivery teams to ensure timely delivery;
- Lead sprint planning negotiating requirements scope changes and deadlines with clients;
- Deliver feature demonstrations to clients gathering and analyzing feedback to drive continuous improvement;
- Ensure the implementation of solid management practices focusing on quality teamwork and alignment of expectations;
- Motivate and lead cross-functional teams fostering balance and commitment to deliver high-quality solutions;
- Identify new business opportunities with existing clients or support pre-sales efforts for new projects.
Qualifications :
- Previous OutSystems technical experience (around 2 years as a Tech Lead) with a strong interest in transitioning to a more strategic and client-focused role;
- Experience with agile methodologies in projects;
- Expertise in business analysis translating client needs into viable solutions in collaboration with technical teams;
- Knowledge of functional and usability testing (preferred);
- Experience with tools like JIRA for project management (valued);
- Excellent communication skills adapting to different stakeholders from C-level executives to end-users;
- Outcome-oriented with a proactive and problem-solving mindset;
- Fluency in French is a plus;
- Experience in roles such as Project Manager Business Analyst or Product Owner is a plus;
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) mandatory.
