As anPartnerships Executive in Latin America you will have the energy and ambition to take ownership to the highest level learn quickly in a fast-paced environment and grow new and existing partner accounts through effective executive engagement. You will have the opportunity to drive new partners manage an existing portfolio and handle the end-to-end partner management in collaboration with other team members. Working in a dynamic business environment you will be responsible for identifying and collaborating with tpotential partners to drive acquisition and expand Payoneers reach.
In addition to being adept at both business development and account management we expect you to possess strong analytical skills to create programs and processes that enable the channel partnerships function to grow at scale. This role will report to the regional head of partnerships.
What youll do:
- Build and grow a strong network of partners and affiliates to utilize Payoneers platform and products; commercial cards sending and receiving of payments
- Uncover new verticals.
- Build partnerships and relationships that drives acquisition of clients across numerous verticals eg Knowledge Based Services Remote Working Ecommerce Fintech and Advertising
- Contribute strategic depth in driving business analysis and market development activities in the region
- Represent Payoneer at partner events and industry shows
Who you are:
- Bachelors degree preferably in business administration or engineering
- 5 years of experience in business development or partnerships
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Experience in data analysis deal making partnerships managing relationships and creating new opportunities.
- Strategic thinking and independent thought coupled with ability to drive business end-to-end and execute
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Excellent quantitative skills to quickly and accurately analyze complex information / data to draw conclusions and insights in clear written and oral communications
- Flexibility to travel
Not a must but a great advantage:
- Experience in Fintech payments foreign exchange
- Knowledge of growth hacking tactics
