My Cloud Crew services Australian small businesses by providing them virtual talent leasing and in 12 short months has grown to 60 staff. We hire talented specialists and lease them to our valued clients clients that need work done but do not need full-time staff.
About the role
Social Media Strategy Development:
Create and implement customized social media strategies for clients based on their brand voice target audience and business objectives.
Analyze and understand client needs industry trends and target demographics to create compelling social media campaigns.
Content Creation & Curation:
Curate and schedule posts across social media platforms (Facebook Instagram Twitter LinkedIn TikTok etc.) ensuring a consistent brand presence.
Community Management:
Engage with clients followers respond to comments and messages and foster relationships through social media channels.
Act as a liaison between the brand and its online community ensuring timely authentic and professional interactions.
Campaign Management & Execution:
Plan and execute social media campaigns for clients managing both organic and paid strategies (Facebook Ads Instagram Ads LinkedIn Ads etc.).
Monitor and optimize campaign performance to ensure the best possible ROI for clients.
Analytics & Reporting:
Use analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics Sprout Social Hootsuite etc.) to track and report the performance of social media campaigns providing clients with clear and actionable insights.
Continuously adjust strategies based on data analysis to improve engagement brand awareness and lead generation.
Brand Consistency:
Ensure all social media content aligns with clients brand guidelines and maintains a consistent tone and messaging across all platforms.
Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality content and visuals that resonate with the target audience.
Trend Awareness & Competitor Analysis:
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends tools and best practices in social media marketing incorporating these insights into client strategies.
Monitor competitor activities on social media and leverage insights to keep clients ahead of the competition.
Collaboration with Other Teams:
Work closely with the SEO content and paid media teams to integrate social media strategies with broader digital marketing campaigns.
Coordinate with clients to ensure smooth communication and alignment of expectations.
In-depth knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook Instagram Twitter LinkedIn TikTok etc.) and management tools
Proficient in creating curating and scheduling engaging content.
Strong understanding of social media analytics and performance tracking.
Experience with paid social media advertising (Facebook Ads Instagram Ads etc.).
Excellent writing communication and organizational skills.
Basic design skills (Canva Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing experience is a plus.
Experience working in a digital marketing agency with multiple clients.
Experience with influencer marketing and collaborations.
Knowledge of SEO and how social media impacts search rankings.
Familiarity with email marketing and content marketing strategies.
Experience in using social media listening tools to gauge brand sentiment.
Education
