Job Description

This is a remote position.

Schedule:
  • Mondays to Fridays 9:00 am to 1:00 pm
  • Client time zone: UK Time (BST)

About the Role:

We are looking for a dependable and organized Administrative Assistant to support the daily administrative needs of the business. This role requires previous experience in handling sensitive documentation particularly in relation to banking and KYC processes. You will play a key part in maintaining organized workflows and ensuring compliance documentation is complete and properly managed.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Support document preparation and submission for internal and external stakeholders
  • Assist with KYC/AML data collection verification and filing for clients or partners
  • Coordinate with banks and service providers to manage account setup and updates
  • Maintain organized records of administrative and compliance files
  • Help schedule meetings manage calendars and support office logistics (virtual or in-person)
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as correspondence data entry and reporting support


Requirements

  • Proven experience in an administrative or operations support role
  • Familiarity with banking coordination and KYC documentation requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive information
  • Comfortable with digital tools document management systems and cloud platforms
