As a Product Catalogue Associate (Software) on the Master Data team you will be responsible for developing and maintaining product catalogs for software licensing ensuring data accuracy consistency and compliance with business standards. This role involves collaborating with internal teams and vendors to collect and validate product information updating records in SAP and monitoring catalog content for quality and regulatory compliance. You will also research market trends to identify new products for inclusion and manage version control. This role is essential for successful platform integrations that enable customer-facing software asset management capabilities.
As a Product Catalogue Associate you will:
Collaborate in developing and creating software licensing product catalogs including organizing and categorizing products effectively
Regularly monitor and update software licensing product information in the catalog ensuring accuracy completeness and consistency
Upload and update relevant product catalogue data in SAP
Liaise with vendors and internal teams to obtain accurate software licensing product data resolve catalog-related issues and optimize content
Maintain detailed records of changes and updates made to the software licensing product catalog ensuring version control and easy accessibility
Conduct research and analysis of market trends identifying software licensing products and opportunities for inclusion in the catalog
Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards such as product labeling and categorization
Perform other duties as assigned by the Master Data team contributing to the overall success of the catalog and organization
As Our Ideal Candidate You ll Have:
Post-secondary Degree or Diploma.
2 years of related experience in master data management product catalogue management and/or data quality management
Demonstrated analytical skills and comfort/experience working with data
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Data collection and manipulation experience
Hands-on experience working with Product master data in SAP or similar ERP system
Win Shuttle experience preferred
Excellent interpersonal communication organizational and time management skills
A high level of professionalism and ability to work under pressure (with deadlines and multiple stakeholders)
