Pratiti Technologies is a dynamic and innovative IT services company known for delivering cutting-edge solutions to clients worldwide. We are seeking a talented and experienced Global Business Development Executive to join our team and drive our demand generation initiatives to new heights.


Position Overview:

As the Global BD Executive you will play a critical role in shaping and executing our demand generation strategy to generate high-quality leads nurture prospects and drive revenue growth. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage global demand generation campaigns that align with our business goals and target markets.


Key Responsibilities:


Lead to Deal and Deal Nurturing:

  • Generate and qualify leads from cold calling LinkedIn or email reach-outs gather requirements and navigate opportunities through leads to deals
  • Collaborate closely with the BD Lead to ensure seamless lead handoff and alignment with sales goals.


Demand Lead Generation:

  • Drive generation of high-quality leads. Identify and research potential leads through various channels including but not limited to LinkedIn web search engines industry and academic publications and relevant events.
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails


Campaign Management:

  • Plan execute and optimize multi-channel demand generation campaigns across digital social email events and other channels.
  • Create compelling messaging and content that resonates with target audiences.


Preferred candidate profile

  • MUST HAVE At least 2 years with minimum 1 year of experience in B2B demand/lead generation or related roles for an IT Services company
  • MUST HAVE IT services lead gen experience
  • MUST be willing to cold calls
  • Good track record of meeting MQL/SQL targets from US/Europe geographies
  • Sound understanding of digital technologies like IoT AI/ML Cloud Digital twin and their applications
  • Bachelors degree in IT Computer Science or related field
  • Exceptional communication and writing skills
  • Results-driven mindset with a proven track record of exceeding targets
