As we continue to expand our reach globally we are seeking a talented Sales Development Representative to join our hybrid team in India and contribute to our growth trajectory.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new leads through various channels.
  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and qualify leads.
  • Manage and track sales opportunities in CRM software.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential customers.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on leads.
  • Research and analyze market trends to identify new opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations.
  • Provide feedback to the marketing team to improve outreach strategies.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities and outcomes.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Attend industry events to represent Kosh AI and network.
  • Stay informed about company products and services.
  • Assist in the development of sales collateral.
  • Participate in training and development activities.
  • Provide exceptional customer support during the sales process.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
  • Previous experience in sales or lead generation preferred.
  • Strong understanding of CRM software and sales processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing strategies.
  • Understanding of the technology and AI industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the role.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented.
  • Ability to handle rejection professionally.
  • Understanding of customer needs and motivations.
