Designation - Quality Head
Location - Dombivali Maharashtra
Expereince - 15 Years
Qualification - BE / Btech - Mechanical
Key Responsibility Area
1)Define & implement the organisations overall quality assurance strategy and policies
2)Lead and manage the quality assurance team providing direction motivation and professional development
3)Drive overall organisation wide contineous improvement program to lead Six Sigma Quality improvement projects
4)Manage Customer complaints feedbak Internal complaints ensuring that corrctive actions are taken to prevent quality issues
5)Continuously monitor and improve COQ & COPQ to enhance quality reduce waste
6)Lead & maintain IMS standard activities (QMS EMS OHSAS)

Technical /Technological Competencies
1)Deep understanding of manufacturing processes such as Moulding Sheet metal and assembly Line
2)Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
3)Understanginf supply chain management including vendor quality assessments supplier audits and material traceability
4)Lead Auditor for quality environment and safety regulations(e.g. OSHA ISO 14001 ISO 45001)
5)Proficiency in statistical process control methods (e.g. FMEA SPC Pareto analysis) to monitor and improve manufacturinf process
