We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Team Assistant to support our dynamic Growth Center of Excellence team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced data-driven environment and is passionate about the Consumer Intelligence industry. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of projects client deliverables and internal coordination while also contributing to project management activities and senior stakeholder engagement across global teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Growth Centers of Excellence team including calendar management meeting coordination and travel arrangements.
Communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing with internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborate with multiple senior stakeholders across regions to coordinate project closure event planning and strategic initiatives.
Support PMO-related tasks such as tracking project timelines maintaining documentation monitoring deliverables and ensuring alignment with project goals.
Assist in the preparation of reports presentations and deliverables by formatting documents proofreading and managing version control.
Coordinate data collection schedules and liaise with different teams or data providers to ensure timely inputs.
Maintain and update internal repositories research libraries and shared resources.
Organize and support webinars client briefings and industry events both virtual and in-person.
Handle confidential client and market data with discretion and accuracy.
Act as a point of contact for internal departments and external partners ensuring smooth cross-functional collaboration.
Work effectively in a hybrid environment and adapt to shift timings to support global teams across time zones.
Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and professionalism while working with cross-cultural teams and international stakeholders.
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
Previous experience in an administrative team support or project coordination role ideally within a research consulting or retail-focused environment.
5-8 yrs of experience in related fields preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint); familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a deadline-driven setting.
Interest in retail trends consumer behavior and market research is highly desirable.
Familiarity with CRM systems project management tools (e.g. Asana Trello MS Project) or survey platforms is a plus.
Knowledge of retail KPIs and industry terminology.
Experience working with global teams and managing cross-cultural communication.
