Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Property Manager for mid to long term luxury rentals to work in the greater Marbella area.
Requirements
- Excellent knowledge of the Marbella area and rental market.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work on own initiative.
- Speak English and Spanish with additional languages advantageous.
- Must have a legal driving license and own car.
- Have a professional appearance and persona.
Responsibilities
- Have experience of managing a rental portfolio preferably in the Marbella area.
- Experienced in dealing with rental enquiries in a professional manner.
- Experienced in Identifying and listing new properties.
- Maintain an excellent relationship with property owners and tenants.
- Prepare and negotiate rental contracts.
- Prepare reports on rental activities.
Package:
Salary: 1700 net per month plus commission
Office Based: Marbella
