Job Description

Job Purpose: 

Were hiring a Sales Manager in Egypt to lead and manage our Sales Development (SDR) and Business Development Consultant (BDC) teams. You will be responsible for driving sales performance building team capability and ensuring targets are met in alignment with our GCC commercial strategy.

What you will do in your role:

  • Lead and manage the SDR and BDC teams in Egypt
  • Ensure consistent lead generation qualification and deal closure performance
  • Track KPIs and prepare performance reports for the Commercial Director
  • Coach and develop team members to improve conversion rates and revenue
  • Collaborate with marketing and partnerships to optimize outbound campaigns
  • Maintain a high standard of CRM usage and data accuracy
  • Handle escalations and support the team in closing strategic deals
  • Align Egypts sales activities with UAE and KSA market priorities

Qualifications :

What you will bring to the role:

  • 5 years in sales management preferably in SaaS fintech or B2B solutions
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing sales teams
  • Strong understanding of outbound sales and consultative selling
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced KPI-driven environment
  • Fluent in English and Arabic
