This role is for a people-focused T&C leader who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality-driven environment. You play a big role in shaping a thriving workplace culture across three iconic Accor brands.
What Youll Be Doing:
- Lead and support the precincts T&C operations across recruitment onboarding payroll and compliance
- Drive employee engagement recognition and wellbeing initiatives
- Coach and support leaders in performance management development and succession planning
- Manage employee relations WHS coordination and return-to-work processes
- Analyse HR metrics and provide insights to improve retention engagement and performance
- Represent the precinct in regional T&C meetings and contribute to Accor-wide initiatives
- Ensure all HR documentation systems and processes are accurate and compliant
Qualifications :
What Youll Bring:
- 3 years experience in HR or T&C leadership ideally in hospitality
- Strong knowledge of Australian employment law WHS legislation and modern awards
- Experience with HR systems like Ready People Smart Recruiters Check Work Rights and compliance platforms
- A confident communicator who can juggle priorities and lead with empathy
- A love for people culture and creating a workplace where everyone feels they belong
