How you will make an impact

The Senior Director Access Pull Through & Commercial Growth Initiatives elevates the level of access pull through and commercial execution to include developing capabilities and assets as well as advancing the execution of commercial strategy especially around innovative pilots and growth initiatives. This role will accelerate the pull and push through of managed care wins building innovative pilot programs and driving digital first innovation strategies in collaboration with marketing addition assist Marketing and Market Access in identifying assessing developing launching and scaling high-impact commercial initiatives across the organization.

In this role youll have the opportunity to:

  • Design and operationalize pull and push-through strategies that increase return on investment from managed care wins across therapeutic areas
  • Lead the education and execution of enterprise-level pilot projects
  • Provide significant contribution to the development of business cases set critical metrics measure outcomes and make go/no-go recommendations on continuation of projects
  • Drive cross-functional growth initiatives collaborating with sales marketing market access medical analytics and operations
  • Provide significant contribution to building and scaling digital first innovation platforms using tools and data to reach key customer segments in outstanding and impactful ways (both for HCPs and Sales Force)
  • Partner with marketing market access and analytics teams to translate insights into action and guide future investment decisions
  • Collaborate closely with the CCO on commercial strategy and evolve the companys go-to-market approach and ensure execution across all facets of pull through and innovation/pilot project execution
  • Cast vision for future projects that brings customer centricity data-driven execution and innovative thinking to the forefront

To succeed in this role youll need:

  • Bachelors degree with minimum 15 years of pharmaceutical marketing and commercial experience (an equivalent combination of experience and education may be considered)
  • Deep knowledge of HCP promotion market access strategy omnichannel campaigns and pilot innovation frameworks
  • Consistent track record of execution and a mentality for experimentation and scale
  • Experience launching or rebranding commercial initiatives with cross-functional alignment and operational discipline
  • Strong analytical approach with the ability to define measure and communicate important metrics that drive decision-making
  • Ability to work independently while influencing senior leadership and driving enterprise-wide changes

The most likely base pay range for this position is $203K - $284 per year. Several factors such as experience tenure skills and particular business needs will determine an individuals exact level of compensation. Base salary is only one element of employee compensation at Halozyme. Total compensation could include bonuses sales incentives and equity awards.
